Yes. We work inside your PriceLabs or the pricing tool you already have. The tool sets prices from your settings; we keep those settings right every day.
Do I keep control?
Always. You set the lowest price you'll accept, and you can pause or cancel anytime.
What do you need from me?
Just your listing link for the audit. If you start, we'll ask for access to your pricing tool.
How much does it cost?
$99 per listing a month for 1 to 4 listings, $79 for 5 to 9, $69 for 10 to 19. 20 or more, just ask. No setup fee, no contract, no % of bookings.
Do I still pay for PriceLabs?
Yes. Your PriceLabs subscription stays in your name, so you keep your account and settings if you ever leave. Our fee is separate.
How is this different from Airbnb Smart Pricing or PriceLabs on its own?
The tool moves rates from its settings. We check your calendar, comps and gaps every day and fix the settings: base and minimum price, weekends, events, gap nights and minimum stays.
